Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you. det939 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) controls. Any Account suspected of involvement in financial crime, including deposits and immediate withdrawal without genuine gaming activity ("churning"), may be suspended pending investigation. Relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
All bets placed on det939 are subject to det939's published sports betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules for that betting market. Bets are final once confirmed. det939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, affected by technical fault, or subject to irregular market activity.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. det939 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits without prior notice in cases where unusual or professional betting patterns are identified.
Live in-play markets are subject to suspension at any point during an event. Bets accepted during a brief suspension period due to a technical delay may be voided at det939's discretion if the outcome of the event is already determined at the time the bet was placed.
All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, instant-win titles and table games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published in the game information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round is closed by the dealer.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or obvious pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or a game paying out at an incorrect rate, det939 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. "Obvious error" is defined as odds or payouts that are materially different from those reasonably expected for the market or game type in question.

Where a Player activates a limit reduction or self-exclusion, the restriction takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the agreed period has elapsed. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or create derivative works from any content or software on the platform without det939's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of det939's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Where det939 is found liable to you for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of det939 shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
det939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, det939 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notice before the revised Terms take effect.
The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Services after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Services and, if you hold an active Account, contact support to initiate an orderly account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which det939 holds its operating licence. det939 does not operate under any licence granted by the Government of Pakistan, and these Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through det939's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution mechanism as designated by the applicable licensing authority. Players retain any rights they may have under the consumer protection laws of their own jurisdiction to the extent those rights cannot be contractually waived.
det939 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. You access the Services on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
